I’m pretty excited that one of my friends started playing Persona 3, after I suggested it months ago. I keep dumping random information on him. It’s a complicated game…
Persona 4 came out today!! But I have a lot of work stuff to do, so I think I’m going to hold off for a week. I know, that’s like forever, but I make great personal sacrifices for you guys… plus I have no idea what it’s like so I can’t crave it yet. Except it has an average score of 97% across many sites ahhh.
I love when people claim I’ve blocked them from this or that. They get fucking pissed and tell me off… and then I tell them that I didn’t block them, but at that point, they were ready to kill me and I’m just done with their drama, dude…
I’m in the middle of making some more fried bread dough, because it’s early and I’m huuungry. I’m tryin’ to get through Persona, as usual. Leveling is somewhat more difficult when you face guys with no weaknesses and tend to kill you an awful lot.

I got like an hour into The Answer portion of Persona, and um, I’ve leveled up once. Woo. hoo. Their reasoning was “welp if ya don’t use yer powers, you’re not so good at em” YEAH. RIGHT. I went weeks without leveling up my people in the main game. I don’t recall them LOSING experience, like 65 level’s worth. Bah!

So as you know… I finally finished Persona 3… the first part of it. I way overlevelled my people, because I thought I’d have those levels in the second half, but no… I started up the second half and it’s like starting all over, with a main character that isn’t a total dick to people like I was able to be last time, and none of my fucking money or anything. Crap. Anyway, the first half had a nice ending. It started the same way as the bad ending, and then twisted into something touching…
Other than that, I got some new pictures up for you I got the opportunity to shoot in some of the new gifts I got in the mail, so I hope you guys enjoy them. I love shooting in new clothes!!

I’ve been bingeing Persona 3 playing, because I finally got to the part I was up to before. And then, advancing a few days in the game, I discovered I was SO CLOSE to finding out how the game might end. Wow. I’ve read a lot that there’s a “good” ending and a “bad” ending and that I’d have a clear choice between them, but I was never exposed to exactly what would happen or what the twist would be. It’s a good thing, too. How you start the game and what your goals are really dramatically change about halfway through.
I say halfway because even though there’s only a month left to the game (before the expansion), that month is going to spent almost entirely grinding (leveling) my characters to the point where I won’t get totally owned in the final battle. The game really forces you to level, because the enemies don’t just learn new spells, they have higher magic stats and can kill me in one go if I’m even two levels lower than I should be. I’m afraid I’m going to spend another 20 hours on leveling up my people. Jeez… it’s been a fun ride, though.
The weirdest part of the game, I think, is the bizarre people you talk to outside of fighting. I’m finishing up a relationship with this fat kid that’s trying to talk me into joining his cult… and the little girl that wants to marry me someday… and the high school kid dating his teacher… and the really really depressing guy that’s dying and talks about dying ALL THE TIME… and the businessman that conned me into giving him 40,000 yen, then proceeded to just generally insult me then take off with no real wisdom imparted… and you pretty much NEED a walkthrough just for talking to them, or else you answer their questions incorrectly and have to spend a ton more time with them. At least during your last conversation with them, it doesn’t matter what you say, and you can insult them as much as you want Bwahahaha
I had a crap day today. I don’t really know why. I had my class, and we were just reviewing stuff, but those rental skates were getting me down. I could tell the instructor was kind of getting annoyed at me for complaining so much… but she has professional skates that she has sharpened often. I wear the crap rental skates and when you start getting better, you can tell the difference between your own shortcomings and the inability of the skates to do what you want.

I bought my own! I got some Riedell Blue Ribbons, which are the best of the beginner skates. They should come in a week I bet I’ll be zipping around so fast. I’m really excited.
But yeah… I was just upset and didn’t want to head out for the rest of the day. I just kind of dragged my feet. I was planning on doing a crapload of shooting but was too grumpy to do much. I’m sure you guys don’t want a video where I’m looking totally bored and pissed, right? So I played some Persona for a while until I felt better…

I love the weekends; I think I mentioned this. Oh yeah, Persona 3 had a quiz question about comma splices, which I’ve given up on not using because I’m lazy. I’m glad Persona 3 is dedicated to teaching me about hard-hitting grammar issues… fuck the recession, comma splices are plaguing our nation.

Wow, I learned how to do this crazy two foot spin today! I thought it was going to be really hard but I turned out to be one of the only people to do it fairly well. I need a lot more practice at it, and it makes me really really dizzy, but it’s cool to do something I see real professional ice skaters doing Now all I have to do is learn to jump and spin like 50 times in a row and I’m ready for the Olympics!!
Thank god for the weekend, right? I’m so tired and I’ve been playing Persona 3 since I got in. I stopped by CVS to get new eyeliner. It’s always best when it’s new, because it’s really black and precise. Lookin’ good…

What I didn’t get to explain in the cam show before I left all abruptly: My friends’ power is on the fritz and they’re just WITHOUT POWER! So I told them to call me if their phone’s about to die so they can come charge it. And then they called at the cam show, so I had to take it or else it would just… die. Soooo sorry about that!! 
Gotta make sure people have their phones if nothing else (like, say, running fridges)

What a nice day… I played Persona 3 for a while, probably a few hours, still trying to catch up to where I was before I got the expansion and had to start over. I’m not CHEATING, but I am using a guide to get through the social dating stuff… these needy bitches are always doing something or other and get all offended if I tell them to shove it. The good thing about dating them is that I presumably get laid at the end and then I get to date other girls immediately like nothing ever happened. I’m sleeeeazy.
