I went on jetskis! Yes! I got sunburn! Nooooooooooo

Yeah so I’ve been waiting to go on these jetskis the whole trip, and I went today because people are mostly gone, and because it’s the last day awwww. I almost got in trouble… they pointed at a boat in the distance and said we couldn’t go past it, but we could go up to it. So I did I noticed when I got up there that there was a little head bobbing out of the ocean, and he’s like waving me down, so I stop a good distance away from him and try to see what he wants, and he’s yelling at me to get away from him I was confused but I asked him how far away and he yells at me “500 meters” and I’m not a good judge of distance so I ask him how far away that is… and he just repeats it And then he tells me like twice as far away as I was. Apparently 500 meters is 5 football fields, so I don’t know what he was on about… but those guys meant some other boat off in the distance, so I got to rip through a lot more ocean and it was FUN. I got up to 40mph at one point !!

Sooooo I forgot that ocean has a high albedo, and I only put sunblock on my shoulders (because they burn first), and as a result, my face, outer thighs, and the tops of my ass are done for. I’m so pink right now. Ooops. I don’t even know how long it’s been since I last got burned… see, I do this thing called “staying indoors” and I find it usually helps a lot when it comes to sunburn I wonder how long it will last??? A week???

There was a party on a CRUISE BOAT!! last night. It was so so so much fun At first Natalie and I were just chillin but then the boat actually started moving and we were just excited to be there We went out three miles to international waters to gamble. I was helping various friends out. I played with three or four different people for roulette, slots, and craps. Craps I don’t understand, but uhhh eventually they let me roll the dice (they were like “you have to make it hit the other end of the table” after my first loooooser attempt) and I was doing that for a few minutes. I made like $100 on that? Some people had promotional money that they had to gamble, so I was mostly doing that for them. I think everyone I played with broke even… except on the slots, because they just told me to keep going We were up another $100! Bar-bar-bar!

Anyway, I was hanging out with a lot of cool people… now that I think about it, most of the people were guys They were buying drinks… by “buy” I mean all of the drinks were free Keep ‘em coming!

So I’ve been made fun of for never being on a boat before… well now I’ve been on TWO!

I’m heeeeere! In Miami! For the first time!! Holy crap there’s beaches forever and ever and ever and ever… as in, along the whole coastline… and the ocean goes on FOREVER. I have a panoramic view of the ocean, and it’s so amazingly blue that I just want to look at it all day My room’s really high up, too, so I get an eyeful of the TWO pools that are also here.

There’s this chess board that’s on the beach… it looks pretty big, but I think it would be best played standing on the balcony and calling down the moves hahaha.

There’s a few people here, including Natalie We went to meet and greet some people… cute guys!! And nice people Tomorrow is Trisha’s birthday hurray! Okay, so I’m gonna go see how this show goes, and hopefully meet good people and have fun
