I haven’t written anything about my ice skating progress lately… you’d think I wasn’t in the class anymore or something. But I am! I’ve just been dragging my feet a little bit as I try to build up some strength in my one leg. It’s easy to have your left foot be the dominant one, but when you try to do tricks on both sides, it’s a lot harder. But I’ve gotten better at doing crossovers, and I can do spins pretty well, too, and a move called a “spiral” which is actually when you skate on one foot and the other foot is parallel with the ice. I told the teacher that I see people spraying others with ice when they stop, and I thought “I want to be that asshole” but it seems like I have to skate fast to do that, and I’m still scared of it!! Well, that’s how far I’ve gotten with that I bet my legs look really good! I hope I can get to tape my skating sometime

I’m almost done with Starship Troopers. Someone said that this book was satire. Like yeah, and maybe Ayn Rand wasn’t really serious about all that capitalism stuff, either…
