THIS is a much better version of Defying Gravity… pretty much only because it’s the full fuckin’ version hell yeeeah. Kristin Chenoweth in the Tony version is pretty good too. Here’s another song from the end, which is also good: For Good.
Being on Broadway every day must be really rough… I bet they get so tired singing those songs, but they also probably get really good at them…
The Producers has a happy ending, right? Yeah, no one dies and the ending’s not ambiguous or downright depressing like all my other favorite musicals… I pick The Producers as my favorite happy-ending show 
I like Fiddler on the Roof.
Not happy, I know, but …
Anyway, I saw it in a forest in Monterey Ca once, at night, so it was a little off the beaten path (no pun intended). Kind of like a dinner theater.
But the Producers is hilarious.
Haha, well choosing something based on a Mel Brooks movie is kind of cheating (in terms of happy endings), but ok, I’ll take it.
